Job description

This is a short term position! Our company is moving at the end of November. Position will be in person through end of November, with possibility of work-from-home / remote part time work after November.

We are looking for short term help to lighten the work load on our office staff during this move.

BOOKKEEPING

Processing Accounts Receivable / Account Payable
Reconcile Bank, Credit Card, PayPal, Amazon and other accounts.
General ledger maintenance; reviewing for input accuracy and prepare monthly reports and journal entries as needed.
Preparing month end Accounts Receivable reports using Quickbooks Software and preparing journal entries for posting to General Ledger.
Monitor financial transactions and reports.
Preparing monthly financial statements.
Prepare 940's and 941's
Prepare annual 1099’s / W-2
Work with accountant when necessary.
Other AR/AP, MRP, and misc accounting tasks as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
2-5 years of Bookkeeping and QuickBooks experience.
Knowledge on reconciling accounts.
Attention to detail.
Experience in manufacturing is a plus, but not required.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
