Overview:
The Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant is responsible for bookkeeping tasks involving accounts payable, receivable and general ledger items. The administrative assistant duties involve basic clerical support and answering administration and development phone calls. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, functions well in a fast-paced environment and is a team player.

- Generate monthly statements (system pulls, just running report)
- Audit support for outside consultant - pulling reports/documents
- Event planning, assistance - event registrations
- General administrative duties
- Mailings, processing solicitations
- Monthly dues – entries
- Prepare and review monthly financial reports
- Maintain Donor Spreadsheet
- Prepare GPAC reports to Texas Ethics Commission
- Event Registration analysis and processing
- Donor acknowledgments
- New PE member solicitations
- Dues data entry and prepare posting
Required Skills:
- AP / AR
- Excel Skills using pivot tables and VLOOKUP's
- Knowledge in Access and Outlook
- General understanding of administrative duties
