Job description

Experience/Education:

· 5+ years as a Full Charge Bookkeeper

· Seeking or possessing BA Degree

· Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook) and QuickBooks

· Knowledge and experience with the CIRA (Common Interest Realty Associations) industry

· Must be proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word), Outlook, QuickBooks, Creative Solutions, and UltraTax.

· Proficient in TOPS [ONE] software is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
