Searching for a heavy part time book keeper (20-25 hours) with Quickbooks Online experience, as well as willingness to learn other recently integrated financial software as part of our CRM. Locations in Mayfield, Hts, Parma, Strongsville and Amelia Island Florida, Avon Lake - Lorain, Sarasota and St Augustine coming in 2023.

Position can be workable for a part time person a few days a week with flexible hours or adding an administrative assistant role to increase hours to achieve Full timed benefits eligibility. Both Jobs posted, one person would be ideal, but best candidate for each position.

Book Keeping Duties include: Bank Account Management, Remote Deposit Capture, Credit Card Management, Vendor Management, Communication with Accountant and AP for Vendors, Budgeting and forecasting, Inventory Control, Bill Paying and monthly meetings with owner and accountant to review as well as payroll entry.

Admin Assistant Duties Include: Scheduling, Meeting planning and itinerary assistance, Policy assistance and delivery, Travel scheduling, Real Estate and Construction coordination, Contract negotiations, Continuing Education assistance and scheduling, product logistic support, liaison between very active owner and managers.

Location in Mayfield Hts, with Strongsville hours as well. May require occasional travel Florida locations, no more than partial weeks quarterly,
