Signage Systems is looking for an Administrative Assistant with previous experience in an office setting. The ideal candidate would know how to use QuickBooks to manage our receivables and payables, as well as Microsoft office products like Excel. A must is that you would need to become a notary which would be paid for by Signage Systems. The candidate would also need to be able to understand and assist our Salespeople with the payment applications and paperwork for construction contracts. We are really in need of someone who can solve problems, can learn quickly, and can greet our in person and over the phone clients in a friendly manner.

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm

*At least 30 hours a week is a must

Main Job Duties:

Invoicing, billing, credit card payments, assisting Salespeople with paperwork, answering phones, assisting walk-in clients
