• Greet customers, listen to their needs and help them with all products in the store.
• Have a heart to serve others.
• Have knowledge of the products in the store and communicate product knowledge to our customers. Helps customers with bible translation selection.
• Help keep the store clean and orderly. Maintains monthly and daily stock assignments.
• Help label and put out new products after they have been received.
• Count their drawer at the beginning and end of their shift and make sure the drawer balances.
• Has full understanding of POS (point of sale). Correctly rings up sales for customers.
• Knows closing procedures for the store; equipment shut down, daily accounting and closing reports.
• Help find replacements when they need time off.
• Work extra shifts to help for all church events, holidays and special events.
• Maintain a sense of urgency during the busy times. Work to reduce lines as quickly as possible.
• Will be in contact with the Bookstore Assistant Operations Manager on a weekly basis to go over needs at Santa Ana Bookstore location

• Work part-time (5 to 20 hours per week)
• At this time shifts are Sundays 8:45a-2:45p
• Exhibit great follow-through, present oneself neatly.
• Works most Sundays and special events.
