JOB OVERVIEW
- We are expanding a lot and need experienced missile operators to grow with us.
- We are building multiple underground horizontal bore teams.
- Each team consists of 1 foreman/bore operator, and 4 laborers. One truck. 1-2 bore missiles. 1 air compressor trailer. 1-2 cable reel trailers. And all necessary tools and equipment.
- Our office warehouse is in Odessa, but our current projects are in Spring Hill but we also plan future areas in the Great Tampa Bay area, including Pasco, Hillsborough, Hernando and Pinellas county.

CAREER OPPORTUNITIES
We will grow with 1-2 teams per month, and we need new foremans and bore operators. A foreman/bore operator that performs well will get the chance of bonuses that could reach $30 000 pay per month and be in charge of 3 crews. To become a bore Foreman & Bore Operator it will require you be an example, to operate the missile, and to lead the entire team and don't be afraid of getting dirty.

TRIAL DAY
We want bore operators to come and try out for one day to see if the job is right for you and to see if you are right for us.

COMPETITION & BONUSES
We will have competitions between teams for money, activities, and/or other nice things for the teams. We will also have bonuses for members of the team that perform well.

TYPICAL DAY & JOB DUTIES
7:30 AM on-site, 30 min unpaid lunch, work day ends at 4:00 PM

• Meet on-site
• Set up cones & signs for safety
• Prepare the missile and all necessary equipment
• Feed cable through holes if need be
• Backfill holes if need be
• (Sometimes: Set cabinets/pedistools, Perform conduit tie-ins)

It's good (but not necessary) if you have worked with any of the below jobs/tasks

• Missile operator
• Landscaping
• Laborer
• Cable/Fiber
• Utilities

Pay: $25.00 per hour
