Job Title: Brand Ambassador

Reports To: Field Marketing Manager

Job Description

The Brand Ambassador plays a vital role in creating brand awareness, cultivating great customer relationships, and promoting Emerald Brand products within the cannabis industry. They will work closely with the sales team to promote the brand positively while generating customer leads and data capture. They should have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, be self-motivated and have great attention to detail. The candidate will be responsible for the implementation and execution of field marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop robust knowledge of all product lines/services.
• Build strong customer connections.
• Promote business expansion opportunities through successful field marketing programs.
• Attend relevant shows and events.
• Collaborate with peers to develop field marketing playbook, identify opportunities, and share best practices.

Experience and Requirements

• Minimum of 21 years of age
• Must be compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the Cannabis industry
• Approaches new and different ideas with curiosity and open-mindedness.
• Strategic, self-motivated, intellectually curious, innovative, and resourceful.
• Dynamic communicator.
• Knowledge of customer experience landscape is recommended.
• Ability to work independently and in a group setting.
• Strong networking and relationship building ability.
