Brand Ambassador

Brand Ambassadors work together with the Sales team to promote brand awareness, merchandise products, and foster customer relationships. This position is designed for a self-motivated, passionate individual who loves building and maintaining relationships with people based on great follow up, integrity and strong oral communication. Brand ambassadors must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Additionally, Brand Ambassadors provide training on new and existing products, assist social media and help to coordinate the distribution of company materials, samples, and gifts. Samuels and Son Seafood Company is an exciting and fast-paced environment offering opportunities to advance and grow.

· Work with the Sales teams to determine customers that need Brand Ambassador visits

· Scheduling appointments to meet chefs or buyers to present new, exclusive or private label products.

· Developing new relationship and Foster existing relationships by following up on customer service, product quality, providing samples and product education.

· Ability to travel Sales Territory including but not limited to Philadelphia and surrounding suburbs, NJ, NY, DC, Pittsburgh, Florida and Las Vegas.

· Create detailed Road Report recapping customer visits including customer feedback on service and product quality.

· Present product information at company sales meetings

· Help with Product Knowledge Sessions

· Coordinate vendor visits and accompany vendors on account visits

· Aid in the distribution of company gifts

· Assist with company events and expos

· Organize product training for new sales reps.

· Schedule Monday – Friday availability for nights and weekends as needs arise.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
