Brand New TownePlace Suites by Marriott is currently hiring for a Full- Time Front Desk Associates. The ideal candidate will have three years of hotel operations experience and be knowledgeable in the Fosse Property Management System

In Guest Services, you will ensure guests have a positive and memorable experience by providing them with information and assistance in a variety of ways. You should always be on the lookout for opportunities to go above and beyond, through your exact responsibilities may differ. Effective communication and creative problem solving will be central to your success.

Responsibilities:

- Greet all guests with a welcoming demeanor

- Provide information and assistance

- Creatively solve problems as they arise

- Diffuse issues as necessary

- Communicate requests, issues, and messages with efficiency and professionalism

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
