Breading Table Team Member
Job description
Breading Table Team Member is a crucial part of our operation. It is a fast-paced position that requires a person to perform at a high level. You will be required to lift 50lbs or more consistently. Pay : $14.50/hr, 40 hrs a week
General Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting our standards
- Assist in keeping the kitchen clean, hygienic and tidy, at all times
- Setting up Breading Table by Chick-fil-A Standards
- Preparing Milk Wash each morning
- Fileting and Breading Chicken in accordance with Lean Fileting and Lean Cooking
- Be the main person breading chicken during breakfast and lunchtime rushes.
- Stocking Thawing Cabinets, and Breading Table using First In, First Out method
Schedule Requirements
- Available to work Monday through Saturday
- Must work at least 40 hours a week.
- Able to work as early as 5 am.

- Be able to communicate with co-workers and leads effectively
- Stand for long periods of time
- Requires lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 40 lbs
- Requires filleting and hand breading of product
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed
- Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace-hustle is a must!
