Job Responsibilities:

SUMMARY: Responsible for preparing and serving food while coordinating kitchen activities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepares/cooks food according to recipes/brand standard
• Greets guests, answers questions and accommodates special requests as needed
• Prepares food according to the brand standard menu and quantity needed based on occupancy
• Maintains food supply and equipment inventory weekly
• Maintains daily temperature and waste logs
• Receives, dates, and examines food products and supplies to ensure quality and quantity meet order requests and standard specifications
• Stocks and replenishes pantry, cleans counters, tables, utensils, and kitchen at the close end of shift
• Resets counters and tables at guests’ departure and at end of shifts
• Follows company policies and procedures
• Servsafe Certification
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management'
