JOB DESCRIPTION

The BSA High Risk Manager ensures City National Bank (CNB) is meeting BSA/AML requirements, by formalizing the policies and procedures of the Department and bank with respect to BSA/AML. This position will also require participation with training and development of CNB programs to assist the Line of Business (LOB). Additionally, it will also provide outreach, as necessary, to the LOB. This position will hold a high level of responsibility with respect to the BSA/AML department for the Bank.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Five - seven years of regulatory supervisory experience and a working knowledge of all laws and regulations affecting BSA/AML.
• Have a thorough understanding of BSA regulations and hands on experience dealing with offshore clients.
• Requires practical knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics within one area.
• Understand the Bank’s products, services, customers, entities, and geographic locations.
• Understand the potential money laundering and terrorist financing risks associated with Bank’s activities.
• Knowledge of bank fraud and schemes.
• Address regulatory changes that impact the business units.
• Ability to assist business units in implementing processes necessary to comply with regulations.
• Perform analysis of BSA related data to draw conclusions about the level of compliance throughout the enterprise.
• Ability to assist Business Units in performing risk assessments.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills, problem solving, strategic thinking and reasoning abilities.
• Advanced in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.

EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field preferred.
• Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) obtainable, Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $112,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
