Budtenders provide customers with an exceptional retail experience by sharing their passion for cannabis with a high level of product and plant knowledge while also tailoring the buying experience to a particular customer or patient's needs. We are looking for a candidate that posses high levels of customer service and knowledgeable about cannabis information. Must have at least 1 year of sale floor experience, and have the ability to meet sales goals. - Critical thinking and problem solving. Must gain 100% product knowledge of all products in the shop, then use the product knowledge to provide the proper products to each customers needs. -Organization and Merchandising - Restocking and Cleaning the display cases throughout shift, as well as sweeping and dusting products. Constantly Laser lining products on shelf. -Cash Handling- Ensuring all products are properly charged and all money for transactions is accounted for.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
