POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for the daily operation and direction of the warehouse/ location.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Supervise warehouse personnel
- Direct the daily activities of the warehouse including shipping, receiving, inventory control, maintenance, scheduling, etc.
- Coordinate with appropriate personnel to ensure proper completion of installations
- Responsible for ensuring safety compliance within state and local regulations
- Ensure profitability and customer satisfaction
- Perform other duties as assigned
1. Have earned a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent with college experience preferred.
2. Have at least three to five years of experience in an operations department.
3. Exhibit proven ability to effectively lead and manage employees.
4. Possess and have demonstrated proficient computer experience in Microsoft Office.
5. Exhibit effective written and oral communication skills.
6. Be able to multi-task and prioritize the duties required.
7. Be able to work independently and problem solve.
8. Exhibit commitment to safety in all work practices.
