Job Summary: The Building Operations Manager for the Upstate Cancer Center at Verona will be responsible for management/oversight of all building functions of the 30,000 sq ft building including developing, maintaining and monitoring building policies, trouble shooting of building related issues; coordination with landlord on all building maintenance standards including those required by DNV; oversight of security, safety, cleaning, IT, phones, and art and supervision of building reception staff; coordination with Clinical Engineering on equipment maintenance and Central Distribution regarding ordering, receiving and distribution of supplies. Needs to be able to act independently; organize work, prioritize assignments and meet deadlines; and maintain a professional and cooperative attitude with providers, co-workers, staff and the Upstate community. Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field with three years of building operations experience OR Associates Degree in Healthcare Administration or related field with 5 years of building operations experience required. Ability to demonstrate highly developed organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills; project and building management skills; interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills; Computer skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a healthcare environment and supervisory experience preferred.

Monday - Friday
