Our team in St. Paul currently has an opening for a Warehouse Employee - Bulk Loader
At Brenntag Great Lakes, we are seeking for a warehouse employee at our St. Paul, MN distribution warehouse. The warehouse employee is responsible for loading and unloading trailers and tankers, operating electronic scales, filling product into various size containers, blending product, labeling containers, and palletizing products. Must be willing to work any shift and able to work any day of the week.
YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Loading and unloading trailers and tankers
- Operating electronic scales, filling product into various sized containers, blending product, labeling containers, and palletizing product.
- Operate a lift truck.
- May be responsible for driving the yard spotter truck and positioning trailers as needed.
- May have to manually maneuver full 55-gallon drums weighing several hundred pounds.
- The warehouse employee is outdoors from 10% to 75% of the time. Including the extreme weather conditions that can occur.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
YOUR PROFILE
- Must have high school education or GED
- Must clear a security background check
- Must speak, read, and write English fluently
- Must pass math skills test
- Must undergo a pre-employment background screening and physical exam
- Must have strong communication skills
- Must have dependable transportation
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of job
- Must be able to stand on feet up to 75% of the day.
- Must be computer literate
- Must be willing to work weekends if needed
- Forklift experience
- Mechanically inclined
