Compensation: DOE- $55K-$60K MAX


Effective January 3, 2022, all CPLC Employees and all Service Providers, are required to be Fully Vaccinated against COVID-19. Newly hired employees, who are not Fully Vaccinated at the time of hire, are expected to begin a vaccination series immediately upon hire. CPLC recognizes medical and religious exemptions to the COVID-19 vaccination requirement, in accordance with applicable law and upon approval by CPLC. However, any person approved for an exemption, without exception, is subject to masking, and other requirements established by CPLC from time to time.


PRIMARY FUNCTIONS

The business administrator’s duties include overseeing and analyzing financial operations of the CPLC Non-Profit sector, mediating between program and finance staff, and facilitating department training. Support the finance team with departmental goals, and consult with finance executives about the operations.


SPECIALIZATIONS

Streamlining the department operations and helping the organization maximize efficiency and sustainability.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Requires a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or another business-related degree.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND COMPETENCIES

  • Plan strategies for streamlining and improving business and department operations
  • Reorganize or hire staff to expand operations in collaboration with human resources teams
  • Handle business finances and plan the budget with the help of finance and accounting leaders and team members
  • Assist in day-to-day department operations such as but not limited to contract billings, reports, budgets, and forecasts
  • Facilitate department training and keeps the training materials up to date
  • Collaborates with other departments for the common purpose of maximizing efficiency
  • Must possess excellent technical skills and ability to use various computer program applications e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Must be able to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
