Become an Assembler! Assembly is looking for a motivated problem solver who will integrate with multiple divisions to identify automation workflow opportunities. Our Automation Specialist will work closely with various stakeholders to implement solutions. What you will do
- Support multiple project workstreams while utilizing company approaches, methodologies, and tools to implement and optimize innovative solutions that address business and stakeholder needs.
- Create and utilize workplans to effectively prioritize and manage various tasks with high urgency across multiple divisions.
- Coordinate tasks with key IT Administrators, Operational Leaders, and vendors as necessary while managing the overall project.
- Stabilize current workflows, standardize processes, and develop a strategy around automating these workflows.
- Transition manual workflows onto automated platforms and conduct all necessary testing.
- Apply proven methodologies and best practices to unique Revenue Cycle Management scenarios.
- Collaborate with project team members and client stakeholders to design and implement effective solutions to complex business problems.
- Detect data gaps and risks and develop comprehensive solutions.
- Identify areas of improvement to data collections, documentation, workflow, integration, and technology management by taking initiative and utilizing effective problem-solving skills
- Own new projects as needed and assigned.
What it takes to join the family
- Software project experience
- Strong experience in Microsoft Office 365. Additional database knowledge is a plus.
- Five to ten years of experience as a Business Analyst with an emphasis on automation and workflow optimization. RPA familiarity is a plus.
- Healthcare industry and Revenue Cycle Management processes experience preferred.
- Project Management tool experience including Asana, Monday.com, or similar tool experience.
- Experience mapping complex processes using Visio, LucidChart, or similar tools
- Lean / Six Sigma training or certification preferred.
- Exceptional leadership skills, organizational skills, high attention to detail, with the ability to handle complex, ambiguous problems, workflows, and situations.
- Analytical mindset with a problem-solving aptitude.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with customer service focused aptitude.
