Business Analyst/Functional Consultant with prior experience designing new software implementations. Gather Requirements, Document, Design, Architect and Implement solutions utilizing CRM modules and out of the box features prior to using custom code.

Business Analyst / Microsoft Dynamics 365

Please note:

3 days a week ON-SITE 8-4:30 physically IN-Office in Trenton, NJ. (2 days remote work)

Primary skills that are required are focused as a functional BA with current work in a software development environment. Experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM-based business solutions is preferred.

The ideal candidate will have sound knowledge in Dynamics CRM Best Practices, entities/tables, workflows, configurations, business process flows, portals, custom development, integration development, Reporting, Dashboards.

Functional Dynamics 365:

  • Significant knowledge of Dynamics 2016/365 CRM, and the O365 platform as it pertains to feature sets that integrate with Dynamics CRM solutions, including SharePoint.
  • The ability to convey knowledge to both developers and business users to balance the use of native (OOB) features and the appropriate use of custom development.
  • Understanding of the Dynamics 2016/365 CRM data model and at least 3 years designing, creating, customizing and configuring Dynamics 2016/365 CRM solutions, including innovative module solutions using both core CRM capabilities as well as custom xRM solutions.
  • Extensive experience setting up and configuring Dynamics 2016/365 CRM with O365.
  • Expertise in Business Process Flows (BPFs), out-of-the box workflows and custom workflows, forms, views and reports.
  • Knowledge of and ability to configure business units, security groups, teams, roles and web roles.
  • Creating and maintaining task, knowledge transfer and FAQ documentation.

RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE: 6 to 8+ yrs.

Require/Desire Skills

Prior experience as an application development Business Analyst Required 5 Years

Prior experience meeting with Project Stakeholders, SMEs andBusiness Users to gather and document as-is and to-be processes and requirements Required 5 Years

Prior experience translating business requirements into functional and technical design documentation Required 5 Years

Experience in working with MS Office, Microsoft Visio, Word and Excel Required 5 Years

Hands on experience with tracking systems (i.e. JIRA, Azure Dev Ops or equivalent tools) to document Epic Stories, tasks and other documentation Required 2 Years

Experience with coordinating and conducting UAT with business users and technical team Required 5 Years

Prior functional and hands on experience with Configuring Dynamics 365 Apps, Tables, Attributes, List Views, Form Views, Security Highly desired 3 Years

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Out of the box Configuration (tables, forms, lists, workflows, business process flows, web resources, users and security) Highly desired 3 Years

Prior functional experience packaging Dynamics 365 solutions and deploying them to higher instances (QA, UAT, Prod) Highly desired 3 Years

Experience working with SharePoint 2016 or Online as user. (Sites, Document Libraries, Lists, Permissions) Desired 1 Years

SharePoint Online integration of Dynamics 365 Desired 1 Years

Dynamics 365 Portal Design Desired 1 Years

Job Type: Contract

Pay: From $40.00 per hour
