Info-Matrix Corporation has an immediate need for a proven BA/QA to join our team. Associated experience and responsibilities of the role are as follows:

Business Analysis Requirements

• Strong Agile, Sprint Planning, as well as Product Backlog Grooming experience.
• Works with Product Management Team to manage client enhancement/maintenance backlog.
• Works very closely with the client and other team leads during requirements creation to ensure alignment of functional requirements and designs meet business requirements and development constraints.
• Designs screen mockups/wireframes and create business process flows.
• Translates high-level business requirements to actionable stories and/or features and tasks.
• Incorporates and creates detailed well-written and meaningful user story documents to meet business requirements supporting the business vision. Ensures requirements are precise and account for all potential use case scenarios. Takes into account the audience for which the requirements are written.
• Assists in cross-functional business development and requirement reuse across the product and business spectrum. Maintains a good understanding of product vision to assure the documented stories are formulated in a manner to Client the most effective groundwork for current and future functionalities.
• Works to gain commitment from stakeholders and team members.
• Provide application demo/walkthroughs to the stakeholders at regular intervals, participates in BA effort to define the scope, and determine estimates.
• Negotiates with business stakeholders regarding scope.
• Manages requirement traceability information and track requirement status throughout the process.
• Identifies and communicates potential process improvements to the Lead BA.
• Is proactively working towards becoming a subject matter expert.
• Need to able to provide application support.

QA & Testing Requirements

• Experience assessing the testability of requirements and developing test cases based on Business Requirements and Software Design Documents.
• Experience in the execution of functional, integration, and regression tests.
• Works closely with the QA team to ensure QA requirements and needs are met to allow detailed and thorough product testing can be accomplished.
• Experience in the review, analysis, and reporting of test results.
• Experience with Test and Defect Management Tools. Azure DevOps Test Manager and BeatBlip.
• Experience in testing web applications.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $80.00 per hour
