Job Description Summary:
Hiring Range from $84,000/yrAs part of the Ambulatory Infusion Suite (AIS) and Nursing Network team, the Ambulatory & Nursing Network Strategy Analyst will manage reporting and execute growth strategy for both the AIS expansion initiative, and the National Nursing Network. The individual will report to the Ambulatory Infusion Suite Growth & Excellence Manager to execute new growth strategy initiatives and provide dynamic support across the operations organization. The team is focused on driving increased AIS utilization, operational excellence, patient experience, and enhancing financial and operational reporting for the broader Nursing Network and organization.
Job Description:
Job Responsibilities (listed in order of importance and/or time spent)
- Lead performance tracking and reporting of key KPIs for new & existing AIS locations and Nursing Network
- Own the financial modeling process for new AIS Expansion locations including the volume targeting process for AIS Expansion locations
- Provide support on corporate and local marketing efforts for new and existing OCH AIS locations.
- Support and enable growth in AIS Utilization across all OCH locations through leading & facilitating best practice sharing, tools & resources development, reporting, and targeted improvement plans.
- Own the playbook for new sites providing key operating & patient experience guidance to local teams.
- In partnership with the Project Management Office, provide governance and support cross-functional progress and requirements for each project.
- Lead and facilitate the analysis of market opportunity, regulatory requirements, payer landscape, and local needs to determine growth strategy opportunity & prioritization for new AIS sites.
- Support new site launches to enable local team success.
- Lead the coordination of market surveys and potential site evaluations in partnership with the real estate and local teams to drive new AIS site selections.
- Lead the development of business cases with cross-functional local teams for each new opportunity, including supporting the financial modeling and executive report-outs.
- Help to develop new / enhanced technology requirements in partnership with IT to enhance patient experience and operations.

Basic Education and/or Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, operations, finance/accounting, or business
- At least 2-3 years of experience in financial consulting, business development, healthcare operations and/or healthcare strategy & operations consulting
Basic Qualifications
- Advanced ability to analyze and synthesize various data sets across various subject matters.
- Ability to influence and navigate across large cross-functional organization.
- Ability and energy to manage multiple initiatives and efforts in parallel.
- Self-starter with strong analytical skills and decision-making capabilities. Detail-oriented
- Proficient with Microsoft office products such as Power point, Excel, Word & Outlook.
- Proficient in SQL or similar coding languages
- Strong ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
Physical Demand Requirements
- Hybrid Role Based in Chicago – Option to work remotely or in office as needed. Will travel as needed.
Travel Requirements: (if required)
- May be required to travel up to 15-30% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).
Preferred Qualifications & Interests (PQIs)

Due to some state pay transparency laws, below is the minimum pay for the position:
Salary to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
