Position Summary:

As a member of the Bio-Techne sales enablement team, the Business Analyst will partner cross-organizationally to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. The successful candidate will be someone able to look beyond the surface of the business request to see the big picture and capable of translating that insight into overall business process improvement. The Business Analyst will support the Senior Business Analyst and Quality Analyst by partnering with the development team to translate business requirements into technical requirements, implement quality and sound solutions that drive sales growth, and increase customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive user adoption through the development of communication strategies and ongoing user training.

• Collaborate with the development team to translate business requirements into functional design specifications.
• Partner with a cross-organizational product owner team to document business requirements and user acceptance criteria.

• Document and analyze process flows to identify opportunities for quality and efficiency improvements.
• Complete user acceptance testing and platform validation of configuration changes, upgrades, and enhancements.

Location/Schedule: 

• Onsite at Minneapolis office preferred
• 3 days onsite, 2 days remote schedule

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of experience as a member of an agile scrum team.

• 2+ years of experience as a business analyst or equivalent role.
• 1+ years of experience working on enterprise CRM platforms, such as Salesforce.
• Ability to independently prioritize, manage, and deliver on multiple work tasks.

• Ability to distill large amounts of data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Strong communication skills across multiple mediums, including oral, written, and virtual.  
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills; including the ability to identify and evaluate a course of action to complex business problems.
