Sr Business and Reporting Analyst

40 hrs/ week

Standard hybrid schedule: 2 weeks in office Mon-Tues, 3 days remote Wed-Fri

Remote starting 4/15 pending office construction/remodeling

Current project will be a 12-month duration and potential extension will be evaluated at 12 months based on performance and project scope.

Customer Operations Investments, Budget, Forecast, Strategy, Financial Oversight and Governance, and Reporting.

Projects include:

Business Support

· Budgeting excel template maintenance that utilizes linking multiple excel files via sumif, vlookup, named ranges, absolute and relative references, linked tables to PowerPoint.

· Update the budget excel consolidator across multiple excel files utilizing lookups and sumifs

· Following job aids accurately to run various business reporting on a daily, weekly, and monthly schedule

Real Time Systems support

· Live database maintenance utilized for investment and budget reporting. Database is currently sourced in SharePoint list data sets and

· Maintaining and updating links between SharePoint list and excel sources

· Clean up of departmental SharePoint site

Reporting support

· Power BI report and dashboard development

· Updating sources of existing power bi reports

Top skills include:

Excel Expert – advanced skill sets. Pivots, lookups, large data sets, linked excel files, absolute and relative references, offset equations, sumif, sumproduct,

Microsoft Power BI and Power Apps – advanced skill set with experience creating reports and dashboarding. DAX language with Power BI

Years of experience at least 7+

Other skills include: Analysis, presentation skills, large data set experience, Finance/Accounting experience, PowerPoint and presentation experience

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $60.00 - $73.00 per hour
