The Role
The Business Development Associate, Company Solutions is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with leading law firms and other NPM channel partners.
Build relationships with partners and associates at leading law firms, particularly those that focus on private Venture Capital backed companies- Market NPM products and services to ensure law firms have a firm grasp on our offerings
- Generate private company client referrals
- Act as a trusted advisor providing market updates and other educational material
- Develop deep familiarity with NPM’s products and solutions
- Act as a thought leader and steward of NPM, helping to maintain NPM’s presence in the market
- Collaborate with sales peers to support team and company-wide goals
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Operations, Technology, Legal, and Compliance
About You
You are a driven business development executive who wants to make a meaningful impact in an industry-leading company that is shaping the future of the private capital markets.
An experienced business development/sales executive with a track record of success- Experience with the law firm community
- Experience with private capital markets, financial markets, or the VC-backed ecosystem
- Experience with B2B or institutional sales
- Ability to quickly build relationships with executives and establish their trust and confidence
- Adept at effectively managing a pipeline and meeting targets
- Ability to learn a complex and regulated product offering and environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced startup environment

- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3-5 years of experience
- Based in San Francisco Bay Area or NYC
- Comfortable with a hybrid office environment and about 25% travel
