MedCare/Rise is looking for a dedicated Business Development Coordinator to join our Corporate Team. The Business Development Coordinator oversees all corporate regional recruiting and marketing efforts for remote sites; including but not limited to recruiting, screens and interviews potential candidates for open positions for all locations, marketing, community outreach, advertising, and attending recruiting and marketing events.
Responsibilities:
- Screens all resumes submitted online for potential matches and coordinates with candidates to inform them of position details.
- Handles initial interviews for all locations as well as coordinates with Directors in each location for possible new hires.
- Selects and utilizes various recruitment resource to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Organizes and coordinates recruiting fairs to include sign-up, reservations, set-up, staff assignment, printed materials, promotional items, and accommodations as needed.
- Maintains marketing/recruiting budget and orders new supplies as needed.
- Manages projects as assigned by Administration.
- Works with various resources such as social media sites, job fairs, professional associations and an existing pool of candidates to locate and match professionals to company requirements.
- Develops new ads and ensures that all ads are updated regularly and consistently represent our image to the public.
- Maintains up-to-date and accurate website content.
- Coordinates with management to identify marketing and recruiting needs and provides support and assistance on marketing processes.
- Maintains a marketing/recruiting schedule and coordinates with Directors to assign staff to specific events if needed, prepares maps/items and goodie bags for all event.
- Researches and makes recommendations on local and national potential marketing events, including, but not limited to, resource fairs, parent workshops, Walks, community events, etc.
- Maintains relationships with outside vendors including, but not limited to, hospitals, DME companies, physicians, schools and community agencies through routine face-to-face on-site visits.
- Networks with community agencies to build mutually beneficial relationships.
- Ensures Monthly Newsletter is produced and distributed.
Business Development Coordinator Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent in education and experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience in recruiting, marketing, and other HR functions.
- Demonstrates organizational, time management and leadership abilities
- Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with an ability to prioritize and manage projects.
- Excellent people and communication skills.
- Collaborates effectively through good communication with others and provides support as needed without requiring specific direction.
