Government Business Development Executive

Job Description:

The Government Sales Specialist will be focused on marketing our staffing services through multiple channels in the government space.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Translate market strategies into specific tactics with measurable goals
• Calling and emailing of contracting officers, purchasing representatives, etc. in local and state government
• Creating a schedule of touch points with contacts
• Utilizing our contract vehicles to gain new business or build on current business
• Working with our Business Development Manager and Capture Manager on agencies to focus on
• Understanding our service offerings to communicate effectively during sales process
• Being part of the team to showcase our staffing services during presentations
• Meeting in person with prospects or government clients from time to time

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service, sales, or business development
• Incredible relationship building skills
• Knowledge of social media and professional networks
• Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
