Business Development Manager (Outside Sales) Job Responsibilities:
- Develop new business by building relationships with decision makers
- Establish your role as a trusted business partner through the use of a consultative sales approach
- Collaborate with recruiting team to align professional talent to career opportunities
- Negotiate pricing and contracts
- Actively participate in relevant professional organizations
Work Experience
Business Development Manager (Outside Sales) Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field required
- A minimum of one (1) year of sales experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proven ability to work efficiently and communicate effectively with personnel at all levels, including C-suite
Preferred:
- One (1) to two (2) years knowledge or prior experience selling in the Accounting & Finance vertical
- Prior experience in a B2B sales, metrics driven environment preferred
