Reporting to the General Manager, Lifetime Green Coatings is seeking a talented and experienced Business Development Manager to join our Sales Team and successfully identify and grow new markets and revenue streams for our company. Successful candidate must have a proven track record in maintaining key client relationships while identifying strategic business opportunities for LGC in uncharted industries. Candidate will be accountable for the full development of new account agreements specifically within the Residential, Commercial and Agricultural space while introducing our floor coatings services to markets where LGC has little to no presence as a Leader in floor coatings.
Successful candidate will be responsible for targeting and building new relationships while being held accountable for the projected new business and revenue to be generated by the leads and contacts on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Candidate will aggressively pursue opportunities for floor coatings product services for these new markets and will be skilled in all facets of the Sales cycle with a strong emphasis on closing the sale. Must have the demonstrated ability to meet and exceed business sales goals for the specific new markets expansion while maintaining current business partners.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
  • Develop Sales and Market strategies to exceed the company’s Sales objectives through the development and expansion of new markets and revenue streams
  • Collaborate and develop the overall implementation of new business into our company with the appropriate teams
  • Establish & manage new and existing key business relationships
  • Accountable for the successful attainment of budgeted monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals
  • Ability to develop and maintain a steady stream of new prospects, sale projections & analysis


  • Actively drive sales through marketing, new leads, referrals, existing client up-sells, and other sources of revenue related to the department
  • Work in unison with Franchise marketing department in creating concepts and content for brand awareness, promotional literature, and electronic correspondence.
  • Oversee customer account/relationship management from closing until job completion with final invoice, including but not limited to, estimates, scheduling, customer contact, invoicing, etc.
  • Serve as brand ambassador for Lifetime Green Coatings at community events


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Strong Business & Sales acumen and overall understanding of the Residential, Commercial and Agricultural Industries. Has worked in B2B, B2C, DTC or Franchise models.
  • Strong Business relationships with key decision makers in those markets a plus
  • Strength in negotiations and relationship management essential
  • Excellent Time Management skills
  • Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills
