We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager join our rapidly growing, innovative company.

As part of our continued rapid growth, an outstanding opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, highly motivated BDM to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients (GC's, government agencies, corporate clients).
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.

Skills

  • Successful previous experience as a senior BDM or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to execution.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay
  • Commission pay
