Key Role:

Support all aspects of the price to succeed service offering. Perform estimating and pricing activities for proposal efforts, development and presenting of cost strategy, identification, and mitigation of cost related risks, supports cost related shaping activities and working with other cost related functional teams including Contracts, Subcontracts, Pricing, and Business Development to support the submission of a fully compliant, competitive, and compelling pricing response. Support the execution of the development of cost related strategies, including research, analysis, strategy conceptualization, financial, cost, and price modeling, staffing, and communication. Serve as a high-visibility advisor to the firm’s leadership, leveraging expertise in verbal and written communication and quantitative and creative thinking. Work largely independently under leadership guidance on moderately complex firm priority opportunity pursuits and support senior leadership on complex firm priority opportunity pursuits to develop and communicate price strategy analysis, conclusions, and recommendations through strategy documents, including authoring and briefing and Green Team Decks, Excel models, White Papers and staffing models. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience with multi-discipline and cost solutioning for government clients

  • 3+ years of experience with price strategy and business development

  • 3+ years of experience with research, data gathering or analysis, quantitative modeling, strategy development, and briefing

  • Experience with using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

  • Ability to create complex Microsoft Excel models

  • Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $106,200.00 to $242,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
