Qualifications

• Experience business to business and client facing experience.
• Comfortable with cold calling in person and via phone in prospecting new clients.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs and professional social media.
• High energy, competitive spirit! Goal driven to succeed!
• Hungry to learn and grow in the trade of helping people succeed.

Responsibilities

• Qualify potential new business and building relationships with decision makers.
• Effectively manage weekly sales planner, goals, and midterm commercial strategy.
• Partner with the internal sourcing, recruiting and the professional placement team to execute sales goals.
• Prepare and lead customer facing presentations formal and informal of company capabilities, and initiate contract discussion.
• Make a combination of weekly business-to-business sales calls, including phone and in-person appointments.
• Attend and represent the brand at company events and community involvement activities.
• Build and grow the brand portfolio of existing and new clients.
• Onsite Position - working alongside a world class team!

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
