Ganley Ford in Barberton is seeking a FULL TIME Automotive Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to join our rapidly expanding winning team! We are looking for high-energy individuals who are confident, enthusiastic, computer literate and possess great phone skills.

We pay for your training! In addition, we have fun and engaging contests focused on inbound and outbound call quality and call volume.

Primary Responsibilities:

The BDC is a call center environment. The associate will make a large amount of outbound calls to previous customers and individuals who have submitted internet leads in order to set a high rate of appointments and increase dealership traffic. In addition to answering inbound calls.

Requirements:

Efficiency in written communications is a must as email and text are used frequently in communications with new and existing clients. Candidates must be able to multi-task and converse on the phone while utilizing the computer for long periods of time. Candidates need to have above average typing skills; 45-50 WPM minimum. We are looking for individuals who have great work ethic, exceed performance and lead by example. Must have strong listening skills and professional telephone demeanor. Must be able to communicate persuasively with clients to set appointments. Must have the ability to deal tactfully with clients in a fast paced call center environment. Must have outstanding oral and written communication skills, a great attitude with a high-energy personality, exceptional customer service skills, ability to understand and follow process, and the ability to multi-task.
