Perrill is an award-winning digital marketing agency that exists to power businesses to win online. We are in search of a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team.
As a successful BDR, you will work with our Marketing and Sales teams to identify and qualify good-fit sales prospects that will feed to our Sales Director(s) by:
- Using tools like Seamless AI and HubSpot to generate and qualify lists of sales targets using agreed-upon criteria
- Using tools like HubSpot and Outlook and channels like LinkedIn to execute a strong prospecting plan of attack
- Engaging qualified targets through systematic, multi-pronged strategies to qualify and disqualify them to generate a steady flow of new business prospects
- Engaging qualified prospects to agree to consider Perrill as a valuable partner for their digital marketing needs, including design, development and marketing

Compensation: $40,000 to $50,000 base salary plus attractive goals-based variable compensation designed to provide on-target earnings potential up to $75,000.
