Who is Pisano Looking For?
We are seeking a Business Development Representative who will qualify inbound leads and proactively engage new customers.
What Does Pisano Expect From You?
- Source new sales and partner leads /opportunities through outbound cold calls, emails while following up inbound leads
- Brainstorm with the team to identify key players and generate interest about Pisano's products
- Identify right personas in target accounts/partners for solution positioning
- Create first level presentation / solution discussion for value proposition with key prospects
- Create a positive first impression to our prospects and customers/partners by providing them with a world class experience
- Accurate understanding of customers’/partners need and requirements
- Route qualified opportunities to the Business Unit Managers for further development and closure
- Achieve monthly/quarterly and yearly quotas
- Maintain and expand the database of prospect leads within the assigned territory
What Skills & Qualifications Do You Need?
- At least 1-2 years of B2B Business/Sales Development experience,
- Bachelor's degree in a related field,
- Experience in working at a SaaS company is a plus,
- Desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
- Strong phone presence and experience in cold calling,
- Hunter mentality, maintain a positive attitude in the face of criticism, rejection or failure
- Strong focus on offering the right solutions to the customers' needs,
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively,
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbally and in writing) & Turkish. Arabic will be a plus.
- Experience in SDR Tools like Mailshake, Skrapp.io, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Hunter.io
- Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
- At least basic Excel skills (preferably more advanced)
