About The Job
Position Summary:
As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for operationalizing the data and turning data into insights. This can be a remote or hybrid role.
You will ensure that the use of business intelligence applications enhances business decision-making capabilities. You will engage in data exploration exercises with a variety of complex business intelligence tools, requiring knowledge of relational database structures, visualization, and other tools.
You will report to the BI Manager and will work closely with the Business Analysts in different departments to help define data needs and execute solutions to enable teams to make better business decisions.
You understand the business objectives, collect business requirements and translate them into data requirements, design and develop reports or dashboards (code and visualization), schedule and deployment of business intelligence components in accordance with supplied standards and best practices, and complete accurate and timely documentation.
Responsibilities:

Build BI resources to monitor the pulse of company health, and encourage a culture of continuous improvement

Passionate about leveraging data to solve business problems and transform data into insights that can help to improve the value of the business

Analytical ability required to gather data, perform transformation, perform complex analysis, solve both business and technical problems.

Data mining/management, data collection instruction, including ability to show data in a user-friendly format for a variety of audiences
-
Work closely with functional teams to develop reporting and analytic resources tailored to business needs on the ground
-
Ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously and quickly switch between priorities/tasks.

Own, operate and manage needs related to data and dashboards
Qualifications:
-
BS/BA Degree preferred or Equivalent
-
2+ years experience in a Business Intelligence role responsible for building and implementing BI insights
-
Excellent interpersonal, communication, listening, and presentation skills
-
The ability to work both as a team and independently
-
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
-
Ability to interact with all levels of staff and adapt to a rapidly changing work environment

Ability to analyze complex data sets
-
Knowledge of relational databases and visualization tools.
