Nursing Home Billing Company in Lakewood is seeking an Business Office Manager/Medicaid Coordinator with attention to detail and a meticulous approach.

Responsibilities include:

· Communication with admissions and onboarding of residence. Verifying of insurance and confirming accurate payer for each resident upon admission.

· Delegating and directing BOM to ensure all processes are in place and payer issues are being addressed.

· Assisting with Medicaid application’s and redeterminations and ensuring all completed in a timely manner.

Qualifications/Requirements:

· Strong management Skills.

· Ability to Multi Task.

· Meticulous and pays attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: Remote
