Ageless Living Home Health is seeking a full time Branch Operations Coordinator for our growing home health agency.

Essential Duties:

  • Manage the branch team to ensure compliance
  • Plan and conduct weekly customer service visits to client homes
  • Provide weekly customer service calls to both clinicians and clients
  • Travel to meet clinicians and clients (when appropriate)
  • Attend marketing/ community relation events to promote Ageless Living and to advocate for our clients, clinicians and industry
  • Assist in recruiting clinicians, attending nursing career fairs
  • Supervise branch staff to meet company objectives and goals
  • Must have good communication and presentation skills

Qualifications:

  • A minimum 2 years experience (within the last 5 years) working in a similar position
  • Deliver exceptional customer service that is consistent with the Ageless Living Mission Statement
  • Possess a high level of professionalism & integrity. Ultimate team player.
  • Relentless work ethic and dedication to this position
  • Home Health Management experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $800.00 - $900.00 per week
