King's Dream Business Consulting is looking for a skilled Operations Coordinator to join our savvy team of small business builders! The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, organized, and effective at time management. The Operations Coordinator's duties include managing and tracking projects, planning company events, and adjusting the workflow of the team to be more efficient. We want to see excellent communicators, with lots of enthusiasm, who can work autonomously and would like to grow with the firm.

This is a remote, contract role with weekly hours that range from 10-30, flexibly.

Who You Are:

Responsibilities

  • Facilitating cross-channel feedback from clients and staff to management and executive teams
  • Working with team leaders, managers and department heads to learn departmental needs and goals
  • Ensuring that all activities conform to company standards
  • Observing, reviewing, and analyzing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas where improvements could be made
  • Identifying and resolving any problems in the project production process
  • Designing and maintaining clear operational guides to ensure consistency of operations
  • Delivering reports to department heads and management teams to provide insight into the overall efficiency of the organization
  • Collaborating with management and executives to set departmental and organization-wide goals

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
