5+ years of work experience, 3 years of experience in operations (marketing ops, sales ops, business ops are all fine)
Analytical
Has built and documented end-to-end processes
Very organized
Excel (intermediate)
Salesforce knowledge (objects and ideally, quote to cash)
Nice to have:
Salesforce reporting and dashboards
Slack
Quote to cash knowledge
Tech industry preferred, but not required
