We want you to bring your exceptional skills and experience with you and join us as our newest Business Partner, People and Culture reporting to the Director, U.S. Operations.

This opportunity is a Full-Time, permanent position working 40 hours per week in our remotely supporting our California operations.

This is an opportunity to join our U.S. operations and build from the ground-up. This role is primarily focused on Human Resources with some minor support of operations.


What Will You Be Doing?

On the Human Resource side you’ll be responsible for:

  • Onboarding and off-boarding of employees
  • Supporting the payroll department from a Human Resource perspective
  • Be the go-to HR representative for all employee inquiries related to policies, leaves, sick time
  • Provide new hires with orientation
  • Liaise with head office human resource to ensure collaboration and consistency in practice and procedure
  • Work with talent acquisition to develop a growth strategy
  • Provide support and guidance to our California clinics

On the operations side you’ll be responsible for

  • Helping to develop operational budgets with a focus on Profit and Loss
  • Helping to write standard operating procedures for a variety of business processes

As The Successful Candidate, You Have

  • Post-secondary education with a business focus or an equivalent level of business experience
  • 3-5 years working for small to mid-sized companies in growth mode
  • Human Resources experience combined with some operational background
  • Business oriented with experience in the practical aspects of a growing company such as talent acquisition, employee relations support, support of operational leaders
  • Advanced MS Office skills and knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning tools
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Adaptable personality able to manage ambiguity and shifting priorities
