The Business Process Analyst reports to the Business Process Manager under USHealth Group division and is responsible for assisting in the evaluation of processes, creation of business requirements, communication and collaboration with IT development team, implementation and testing of process improvement projects for operational teams across the organization.

If you are located in Fort Worth, TX, you will have the flexibility to work hybrid model, 3 days in office, 2 days remote*, as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Meet with the business leadership and SMEs to gather issues, projects needed, business requirements, justifications and help calculate ROI for projects
• Communicate and work with IT to go over business requirements along with participating in Business and IT meets to review the proposed solutions by IT
• Prepare test plans based on requirements including base functionality and applicable scenario testing and complete UAT testing, capture and report defects, report results to the business leadership and IT
• Build applicable documentation around changes, new functions, and/or processes to be used for training users

Required Qualifications:

• 3 + years business analyst experience, project management experience, or process management experience
• 2+ years Business Process Documentation experience
• Experience with implementation tracking software (JIRA, etc.)
• Proficient in Outlook, PowerPoint and Word
• Proficient in Excel (vlook-up, pivot tables, formulas)

Preferred Qualifcations:

• Experience with Microsoft Project
• Experience with AS400, OZ and Upgrade system
• Experience within medical insurance products and processes
• Excellent verbal written and verbal communication skills
