Culmen International, LLC is hiring a Business Process/Requirements Analyst to work in support of the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency’s (CISA) Cybersecurity Division (CSD).

CSD leads efforts to protect the federal domain of civilian government networks and to collaborate with the private sector domain to increase the security of critical networks. CSD’s mission is to improve cybersecurity for the federal civilian government and other partners by facilitating the integration of various cybersecurity technologies, products, and services. To meet this mission need, CSD is organized into Program Management Offices (PMO) to support, design, develop, deploy, and sustain cybersecurity capabilities.

Role and responsibilities include:

• Identify, document, and analyze current business objectives, operational requirements, and technical business processes to recommend areas for improvement or efficiencies.
• Translate business processes into proposed solutions.
• Evaluate effectiveness of active process improvement initiatives and make recommendations.
• Establish and maintain communication channels with personnel at all levels to evaluate key performance measures.
• Create process plans that contain project goals, milestones, and resources.
• Track and manage project progress with leadership and subject matter experts
• Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce reports.
• Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
• Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies.
• Effectively communicate with cross-functional team members and management.
• May be required to manage multiple on-going projects at one time.

Requirements include:
U.S. citizenship.

• Related MA/MS Degree
• 10+ years of relevant experience to serve as a reliable and detailed-oriented business process analyst supporting the review and assessment of current organizational processes for a highly technical organization. (Alternatively, a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 15 years of relevant experience.)
• Background in federal cost, budgeting, acquisitions and contract management is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience in business modeling, business process design and facilitation, analysis, and evaluation techniques.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of tools.
• Proficiency in Visio and Adobe Acrobat will be helpful.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
