Aleut Federal is seeking a Business Support Manager to join our team in Metro DC/Northern Virginia.

The successful candidate has experience in business management and will collaborate with internal teams and enterprise partners to develop an analysis of strategic issues, establish frameworks for measuring and assessing program progress, and coordinate the resolution of strategic and execution issues.


Key Responsibilities

Collaborates with other areas in the business to develop and establish frameworks for measuring and assessing program’s progress and successful executions of the business initiatives.

Develops and implements analysis of strategic issues and provides progress to Transformative Growth progress.

Identifies and provides external benchmarks, assessments, and emerging issues and risks to the business.

Coordinates the resolution of strategic and execution issues. Ability to put structure around broad business topics and develop end-to-end frameworks to address complex questions.

Skills

  • Two years recent work experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistance, Operations Officer, or similar field
  • Punctual, reliable and must have strong communication skill
  • Able to work in a team and produce quality output under tight deadlines
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and social media platforms including LinkedIn
  • Attention to detail, prioritization skill, and time management
  • Proven project support experience and organization skills
  • Proven relationship-building skills

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management preferred
  • Extensive administrative experience
  • Experience of leadership and management of support services • Knowledge of apprenticeships and bid management is desirable
