As a senior business systems consultant on the Compensation team, you'll work with the HR Systems team and IT on projects, system support, and issue resolution. In this role, you’ll work with vendors such as SAP/Success Factors and Rizing Consulting. You'll be the liaison between various HR teams and IT. Additionally, you’ll lead year end projects such as annual performance evaluations, job objectives, multi-rater feedback, and an annual salary review.

Must-have qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline with at least five to seven years systems experience.
• In lieu of a degree, must have eight years of related work experience in a technical role.

Preferred skills

• Computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Lotus Notes
• Ability to use reporting tools to create, modify and run basic reports
• Ability to communicate effectively, lead meetings, prepare documentation and present recommendations
• Organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, set priorities, follow up on open items and attention to detail

Compensation

• Salary is commensurate with experience and based on geographical location. Salary range is $68,100 - $109,000/year.
• Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
