We are a locally owned business in the Kuna, ID, area. We have been in business since 1998 and were previously called El Gallo Giro. In 2015 we changed the name to represent Enrique, who made this restaurant a staple. Enrique is a hands-on owner who is fearless in helping and guiding his team. Our customers have high expectations when they enter, and our mission is to meet or exceed them.
We pride ourselves on maintaining a welcoming and friendly dining experience for our customers at our establishment and want your help. As a busser on our team, you will utilize your strong interpersonal skills to assist the servers in ensuring that our customers have everything they need, including serving food and beverages during busy times. You will use your attention to detail to keep the dining area clean by wiping down tables after guests leave and resetting the table so that each new customer has the same high-quality dining experience. The fast-paced and high-energy environment will challenge you as you play an important role in our establishment's smooth running. This is a tipped position.
Job Responsibilities
- Supports waitstaff by setting up and replenishing condiment stands, trash container liners, and bus stations.
- Closed dining facility by cleaning chairs and tables, sweeping and vacuuming floors, and removing trash and recyclables.
- Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed, replenishing utensils, refilling water glasses, and being alert to patron spills or other special needs.
- Clean and reset tables after guests leave.
- Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation and safety policies.
- Assist in washing dishes if the kitchen staff gets behind during the busier times of the day
- Arrange tables for large parties and prepare the banquet hall for scheduled gatherings

Bussers will come in around 4 pm during the weekdays (Tuesday-Friday) and various hours on Saturdays depending on demand. We do require all employees to work weekends (Friday & Saturday). Can you work these hours? If not, what is your availability?
