Hiring Preference given to Native Americans

We are looking for a Butcher to support our Premier Steakhouse and Executive Chef. If you a driven individual with a love of butchery you will find a rewarding work environment preparing, cutting and maintaining our Patented Dry-Aging Box.

Responsibilities:

  • Cutting, grinding, and preparing various cuts of meat
  • Use of a Bandsaw to break down large sub-primal of beef
  • Weighing, tagging and rotating our dry-aged meet and maintaining the meat box
  • Use various cutting techniques to break down chickens, pork and seafood
  • Solves problems that arise and seizes control of issues in the kitchen.
  • Assists with Inventory, and management of supplies.
  • Ensures that food is top quality and that kitchen is in good condition.
  • Keeps stations clean and complies with food safety standards.
  • Offers suggestions and creative ideas that can improve upon the kitchen’s performance.
  • Dry Aging Knowledge is a Plus
  • Monitors and maintains kitchen equipment.
  • Solves problems that arise and seizes control of issues in the kitchen.

Job Type: Full-time
