The Team Lead assists the manager of the Good Vibes and By Candle Light stores in the daily operations of each store. His/her schedule in each store will alternate with the manager, and they will be responsible managing the store they are working in each day. He/she will assist the manager in leading the team, merchandising the product, and achieving the daily sales goals in each store. A Burnley Enterprises (“BE”) Team Sales Lead ensures the stores’ success by utilizing BE’s 10- Non-Negotiables. He/she is willing to perform all essential functions, engage and maintain customer relations, and develop product knowledge for the vendors carried in the stores.

Some of the essential functions and competencies of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Product knowledge
• Help store manager in all team member training, coaching, and development
• Help store manager stock/display merchandise
• Greet guests and develop customer relations
• Open and close stores
• Boost sales and offer complimentary items
• Have excellent communication skills
