Plus Interiors is paying $60,000 base salary (with commissions, most of our designers earn over $100k/year) with full benefits (medical coverage, 401k plan, paid time off, employee discount across all brands). We are looking for a full-time Cabinet Design Consultant to assist customers in building their dream homes through cabinet design. We are looking for a candidate who enjoys working with and servicing people, has experience in cabinetry design, is detail-oriented and enjoys selling. We are opening the newest and most complete interiors showroom in Kahala Mall next to California Closets, called Plus Interiors. We will feature all made in Hawai'i custom organization products, furniture, cabinets and also feature the LG Kitchen Suite line. This Cabinet Design Consultant position is specifically for a seasoned high quality cabinet designer. The salary listed is the base and all of our top designers earn over $100k a year; our designers work very hard and love what they do. If you fit this profile we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Design and sell cabinets, meet with clients in our showroom (Kahala Mall Shopping Center) and/or their homes
Requirements/Looking For:
- Minimum 2y experience (ideally 5y+) in cabinet design and experienced with cabinet software
- Ability to create high quality designs
- Strong interpersonal skills - ability to engage, create trust and sell to prospective clients
- A strong desire to promote, design and sell cabinets manufactured on Oahu (preferred)
- Team oriented mindset, positive attitude
- Reliability
- Passion for locally-made products
Schedule - Monday through Saturday
