Overview:

This position is not a Design Role, but will be supporting the internal CADD users.

This position reports directly to the Design Technology Services (DTS) Solutions Manager and is responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to DTS systems, hardware, and related software. This position will respond to queries, run diagnostics, isolate problems, determine and implement forward thinking solutions. The position may require limited domestic travel to our offices throughout the United States.

Responsibilities:

• Seeking a highly motivated and disciplined candidate with a commitment to excellence
• Self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Provide support and troubleshoot problems relative to all aspects of DTS
• Serve as the first point of contact for DTS helpdesk inquiries
• Determine source of issues/problem and advise on appropriate actions
• Log troubleshooting activity and resolutions in ticketing system
• Properly address/route all inquiries in order to maintain end-user productivity
• Install, configure and load DTS systems, and related software to comply with company standards
• Maintain the DTS Frequently Asked Questions section of the ticketing system

Qualifications:

• 3+ years working knowledge of Autodesk products in a production and/or support role
• Must have professional customer service demeanor and people skills
• Technical degree, related technical training, or equivalent
• Working knowledge of Microsoft products is required
• Expert knowledge of helpdesk support ticketing system
• Capability to provide support to various disciplines, user groups, and all staff levels
• Must be creative, flexible, and an innovative team player
• Excellent verbal, written, organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and produce with limited guidance
• Some travel to other offices is required

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
